Dear EELA Member,

I am pleased and thrilled to welcome all EELA members to the EELA 2011 conference in Helsinki.

This year the EELA members have made an exceptional effort in suggesting a large number of topics to be dealt with at the conference. Such interest in the conference has ensured that we will discuss the most current questions for all European employment law practitioners in Helsinki. The topics include a range of issues such as social media and the workplace, latest discrimination issues and employment law questions in cross-border transactions.

The City of Helsinki will provide an excellent venue for the conference; not too large, warm and cosy, and at the same time efficient and operative – just the way I like it!
